Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! All of our products are backed by a warranty. If you ever experience an issue, just reach out and we’ll resolve it as quickly as possible. In the rare case that any component of your button box fails, we’ll replace it to make sure you’re back up and running.
Whats your shipping time?
We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your order is received, we begin preparing it for shipment right away. Since we’re a small business with limited resources, most orders ship within 7 days or less.
Do you offer custom orders?
If you’re looking for something custom, please send us an email with a brief description of what you have in mind. We’ll review your request and let you know if we can make it happen.
What can we expect from Simperior in the future?
Our goal is to keep growing and bringing you new products and solutions for your sim racing setups. We love hearing feedback from the community and want to know what you’d like to see from us in the future.
Right now, we are prototyping new button boxes with more options (like rotary encoders and Stream Deck integrations). Our plans for the future include steering wheel button plates, DDUs, dashboards, additional mounting solutions, and even wheels.
